A deposit of £100 will be paid upon booking the wedding. This will be refunded is the wedding is cancelled before the beginning of the month PRIOR to the wedding (i.e if the wedding is on the umpteenth of June, then the full deposit will be refunded up to the end of April. Once banns are being called, then costs are being incurred. It is also a courtesy to those who have set time aside in their diaries, such as organists, vergers, bell ringers and choir that they should be informed of changes in good time.
